Holečkova800 is a boutique residential project located in the heart of Prague 5. This beautifully restored apartment building offers unique living spaces with an inner courtyard and a traditional gallery walkway, combining modern comfort with historic charm. The project, created under the direction of FLY-ING, focuses on high-quality architecture and a cozy home-like atmosphere.

The Challenge:
Our task was to raise awareness of this development and assist with sales. The key goal was to create a visual identity that captures the spirit of this building while attracting people looking for high-quality housing in Prague 5, through a thoughtful online marketing strategy.
Website and Visual Identity:
- Web Design: We designed a timeless website that perfectly captures the atmosphere of the Holečkova800 project. Our focus was not only on aesthetics but also on making it user-friendly.
- Typography: We paired the elegant Monschone font for headlines with the soft Manrope font for body text, striking a balance between historical charm and modern design.
- Colors: We chose soft yet expressive colors that reflect the interior ambiance. The peach shade “Peach Fuzz” brings warmth and a homely feel to the site.
- Shadows: Inspired by the architecture of Prague’s traditional gallery-style buildings, we added subtle shadows to create a cozy and spacious impression.
- Responsive Design: We optimized the website for all devices, from smartphones to tablets, allowing potential buyers to browse apartment listings anytime, anywhere.
Marketing Channels:
- PPC Search Campaigns: We launched ads on Google and Seznam, targeting keywords related to housing based on thorough analysis.
- Display Ads: Banners were placed on relevant real estate and housing portals to reach people actively looking for a new home.
- Remarketing: We focused on users who had visited the site but hadn’t yet taken action, reminding them of the benefits of living at Holečkova800 through personalized ads.
- Social Media: Facebook and Instagram campaigns helped increase awareness and attract new potential buyers.
Results
Apartment Reservations:
- Within the first 5 weeks of the campaign, 7 out of 11 apartments were reserved.
- 80% of the apartments were sold within the first 4 months of the campaign.
- Our ads significantly boosted website traffic and attracted inquiries from potential buyers.
- The strong promotion on Facebook and Instagram increased the project’s visibility, leading to more conversions and sales contacts.
