Marketing of the development project
Introduction:
The development project „Na Čečeličce,“ executed by the company FLY-ING, presented a cozy residential building in the heart of Smíchov. It was aimed at young couples and starting families, offering renovated apartments that merge the dynamics of city life in central Prague with a comfortable home.

Objective:
The main goal was to create a consistent VISUAL CONCEPT that accurately reflects the playful and modern character of the project. The inspiration for this visual identity stemmed from the focus on housing TARGETED AT YOUNG COUPLES. This was subsequently reflected in the design of the website, social media, print materials, and other promotional items.
Strategy:
The creative process drew from the location named „Na Čečeličce,“ utilizing THREE DISTINCTIVE HOOKS contained within the word. The color palette was chosen with an emphasis on PLAYFUL SHADES, and the website strategy focused on communicating with the YOUNGER GENERATION. A sans-serif font was selected for a modern and clean look.
The overall strategy emphasized improving customer experience and simplicity, using pastel colors, SLAB TYPOGRAPHY, and DISTINCT GRAPHIC ELEMENTS.
Results:
The new visual style was successfully applied to the logo, website, banners, brochures, Instagram, and other promotional materials. The result was a playful DESIGN that significantly SET THE CLIENT APART FROM THE COMPETITION. The elements used reflected the project’s characteristics and provided a unique visual impression.
Overall, it can be stated that the implementation of the strategy led to the creation of a strong visual identity that successfully APPEALED TO THE TARGET GROUP and brought a significant competitive advantage to the „Na Čečeličce“ project.
